IT Staff - Executive Search
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide second level support to end-users (Clients), for PC hardware and standard software related incidents.
2. Ensure professional execution & follow-up on IT service requests in accordance with the service level.
3. Participate in changes and projects that require a technical person on site, working with remote IT specialists/Project managers as one team.
4. Ensure smooth and secure functioning of existing IT infrastructure systems, by performing operational and system management tasks under the supervision of the back-office.
5. Support the TSM in delivering end-users IT exploitation and training initiatives.
6. Maintain IT security & asset management procedures in accordance with Company guidelines.
7. Close follow-up on client escalations and VIP requests/incidents.
8. Assist/Support the TSM in local projects & business major events.
Job Requirements:
1. At least 3 - 5 years of proven experience and responsibility in a similar IT environment, equipped with advanced technologies.
2. Expertise level of knowledge in all computer functions and operating systems, including Apple devices.
3. Familiarity with collaboration tools such as SharePoint, BlueJeans networks, and video conferencing systems.

2. Excellent interpersonal communication skills to communicate and manage expectations with company employees at all levels.
3. Ability to work effectively under pressure.
4. Flexibility and availability – ready to perform some activities outside normal business hours on an ad-hoc basis.
