Project Construction Manager - Life Sciences

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of daily and pre-construction activities for the project.
* Ensure the delivery of a high-end facility within the construction scope, adhering to industry best practices, budget, and schedule.
* Foster a culture where Safety and Quality are core project values.
* Promote and develop safety practices through active demonstration.
* Contribute to the development of a comprehensive site safety program, collaborating with local and corporate client teams, as well as project partners like CM and subcontractors.
* Establish and maintain open communication with the CM team and the broader client team to ensure project success.
* Assist in project planning, budgeting, and resource identification.
* Ensure adequate construction resources are allocated within project cost constraints to meet goals.
* Provide early input on construction aspects during design, including model reviews.
* Support the creation of the overall project schedule, focusing on detailed construction scheduling and system completion priorities for integration into the master schedule.
* Track key engineering deliverables to ensure compliance with critical dates and schedule requirements, including IFT and IFC documentation, equipment delivery, and documentation dates.
* Participate in the development and approval of CM execution procedures, including Construction EHS Plan, Field Construction Quality Plan, Site Logistics Plan, and Turnover Plan.
* Support the development and maintenance of a Constructability Program aligned with project execution and schedule.
* Oversee the implementation of the constructability process, including construction sequencing and deliverable needs.
* Provide input and support for technical and commercial scope inclusions in subcontract packages.
* Attend and participate in all progress reviews from design through construction.
* Attend all contractor kick-off, pre-construction, and weekly meetings.
* Participate in project cost reviews and other project control processes, such as risk and change management.
