The focus will be within a social model of support, ensuring that each adult has opportunities to participate in meaningful activities, appropriate to his/her interests and preferences and that reflect his/her needs, interests, and capacities. There is an expectation that the successful candidate will work day, evenings and weekends as part their rostered shifts.

Essential Criteria - ideally the successful candidate will possess the following: Minimum desirable requirement is QQI level 5 Certificate, preferably in health care, community care, care for people with disabilities. Experience in a similar environment supporting adults with intellectual and physical disabilities. Full clean manual driver's license required. Flexibility around working hours to include day, evenings and weekends.
