Responsibilities
1. Reception duties, answering phones for Dublin office and sometimes greeting clients before their appointments.
2. Organize Post and DX both incoming and outgoing.
3. Perform general administrative tasks such as digital Dictaphone typing when required.
4. Hospitality for clients and prepare boardroom for meetings and training.
Required Skills
1. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workloads effectively.
2. Knowledge of case management software Practice Evolve a distinct advantage.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with clients.
4. Proficient in typing with a strong command of spoken and written English.
5. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
