Senior Recruitment Consultant – Healthcare
Medforce are currently seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic Allied Health team, focusing on the recruitment of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years recruitment experience. Our offices are located in Dublin city centre and this is a hybrid role.
You will be joining an experienced team with a large number of jobs in a thriving market, working closely with a well-known client base.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare institutions, understanding their staffing needs and requirements. Provide consultancy and advice on recruitment strategies and market trends.
2. Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source, screen, and qualify candidates for various roles within the healthcare sector. Utilize a variety of sourcing methods including social media, networking, and database management.
3. Interviewing and Selection: Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and suitability for specific roles. Coordinate with clients to arrange interviews and participate in the selection process.
4. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with regulatory standards and best practices within the healthcare industry. Maintain high-quality standards in the recruitment process to ensure the best fit for both clients and candidates.
5. Market Insight: Stay informed about the healthcare industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities. Use this knowledge to inform recruitment strategies and provide insights to clients and candidates.
6. Team Leadership: Mentor and support junior recruitment consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
* A minimum of 4 years recruitment experience.
* Demonstrable success in filling a variety of roles, including permanent and contract positions.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in the use of recruitment software and databases.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
