Store Room Manager
Description:
The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven background of 2 years + supervisor or managing a store room environment, ideally within FMCG retail or hospitality.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily operations of the store room, including inventory management, stock control, and order fulfillment.
* Maintain a well-organized and efficient store room, ensuring all items are properly labelled and stored in their designated locations.
* Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate records of inventory levels.
* Coordinate with other departments to fulfill their stock requirements and maintain adequate levels of supplies.
* Train and supervise store room staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Proficient in using inventory management software.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of safety protocols for handling and storing hazardous materials.
Salary:
Between DOE (Dependent on Experience), full-time position, with pension and discount provided.
