About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled HR professional to join our client's team and take ownership of day-to-day HR functions.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years' experience in an HR administrative role, hold a HR-related qualification (or be working towards one), and possess strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating career fairs and apprenticeship programmes, driving employee engagement and talent initiatives, leading on HR administration, payroll support, and compliance, managing HR systems, and providing training to line managers.
