Implementation & Delivery Manager - Laboratory Productivity Services

As our next Implementation - Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for supporting Agilent CrossLab's customers needs within our Laboratory Productivity Services - Solutions across the Irish market. This will involve collaborating with pre-sales / sales teams to build balanced delivery models to ensure Agilent are fully addressing the needs of the market with our products and services.
Your main tasks will include:
1. Supporting the sales cycle and leading the implementation and development of large coordinated Enterprise contract solutions to external customers.
2. Developing and implementing processes and tools that are scalable and repeatable across the organisation ready to be deployed at new enterprise services customer facilities.
3. Setting overall program/project plan, budget, structure, schedule, and staffing requirements.
4. Translating business objectives into comprehensive implementation work plan covering timeline, resources, dependencies, priorities, risks and achievements.
5. Coordinating and assuring project execution including time, schedule, budgets and risk management.
6. Identifying potential growth and business opportunities with the local sales team.
7. Taking ownership for improving the partnership between Agilent and our external customers ensuring customers experience Agilent's outstanding customer service and customer retention within the assigned customer sites.
8. Collaborating closely with sub-contractors to assure project deliveries, quality and timeline are met.
9. Regularly reporting on project status to project team, project sponsors, Agilent and Customer upper management.
10. Maintaining project records to ensure all project information is kept and secured.
For this role, you will travel to customer site on a regular basis in Ireland, occasionally needing to travel further afield.
Qualifications
We are looking for a motivated individual with the following background:
1. Ideally, you hold a University Degree.
2. Significant experience in Project/Program Management with asset management solutions or similar.
3. Asset Management experience in the biotechnology/life science industry would be an advantage.
4. Full proficiency in English. Any proficiency in another European language would be a plus.
5. Experience with any Project Management Software would be an advantage.
On a personal level, you have an analytical approach and you enjoy solving complex problems to ensure customer satisfaction. You also have excellent interpersonal communication skills to get along with internal and external partners, at different levels.

This job has a full-time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
