Audi Service Advisor
Audi Waterford is currently seeking a Service Advisor to join our dedicated team.
Our Service Advisors provide the link between our highly skilled workshop technicians and our customers during a service visit and act as our retail centre’s frontline in delivering customer-focused service.
The role requires you to assist in the service department in a professional manner to ensure excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Act as the first point of contact with customers either by telephone, email, or face to face, seeking to convert customer queries into service bookings when appropriate.
2. Generate appropriate documentation in relation to the service booking.
3. Meet and greet all customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner.
4. Handle the receiving and handback of a vehicle to the customer.
5. Agree on costs and deadlines with the customer while clarifying issues relating to the service/repair.
6. Check on the progress of services to vehicles throughout the day and contact customers to communicate and receive approval regarding any changes in the cost estimate, promised time of delivery, or recommended services.
7. Work as part of a team efficiently and professionally.
8. Liaise with other teams in the business, including management, reception, warranty, parts, and sales.
