Job Summary
The Lead Home Services Officer supports the Home Services Manager with operational functions, including setup, review, and risk assessment of Service User roles. They also complete annual Supervision and Competency Assessments for Home Care and provide clinical guidance to the HSM and training to Home Care Workers.
Role Criteria
* Qualified Nurse with active registration.
* A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a similar role in the Home Support Services sector.
* Competence in IT desirable.
* Adaptable, motivated self-starter with excellent people skills.
* Strong organisational skills with close attention to detail.
* Administrative experience - knowledge of record keeping is important.

Working Arrangements
This is a permanent part-time role (21 hours per week) working a hybrid model at our offices and traveling to meetings and other locations as required.
