About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Secretary to join our busy commercial/private client team at a reputable Legal Firm based in Kilkenny.
This is an office-based position that requires a professional, enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills who is reliable, hardworking and flexible.
Key Responsibilities
* Meet and greet clients in a professional manner
* Open and close files as necessary
* Prepare briefs and assist with other tasks as required
* Filing, archiving, photocopying, faxing and scanning of documents as required
* Manage diaries and book meeting rooms effectively
* Ensure client contact information is kept up to date
* Handle confidential information in line with the firm's data security protocols
Requirements
* Prior experience in a secretarial or office administration role
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Excellent typing and administrative skills, including dictaphone typing
* Able to prioritize tasks effectively
* A team player with the ability to work autonomously
* A multi-tasker with a professional and courteous demeanor
