We are presently recruiting for an Internal Sales Executive for our clients in North Dublin. You will manage customer accounts, process orders, and support sales growth from within the company head office. You will build relationships with clients, provide quotes, address inquiries, and follow up on leads. You will collaborate with external sales teams, maintain CRM data, and identify opportunities to boost customer satisfaction and sales. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and submit quotations.
2. Manage and nurture existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
3. Proactively identify and generate new sales leads within the MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) sector.
4. Collaborate closely with external sales teams to align strategies and maximize sales opportunities.
5. Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, handle customer inquiries, and follow up on sales activities.
6. Maintain and update CRM system, ensuring all customer interactions and sales progress are accurately documented.
7. Conduct regular market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitive products.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in an internal sales role, ideally within the MRO, industrial, or technical sales sectors.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
3. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary is in the region of €35 – €40,000 with bonus, pension, and medical.
