We have a range of roles from permanent and fixed term contracts, ranging from our customer service team in Greenogue, to specialised customer service roles within our pharmasource/ostomysource teams.
Objective
We are looking for a highly motivated, professional customer service agents, with a track record in customer support. The candidate should be capable of managing customer calls, order management and successful resolution of customer queries. Previous experience within pharmaceutical retail is a distinct advantage.
The successful candidate should be able to provide input and suggestions for improving practices and processes within the team, to enable excellent customer service and satisfaction at all times.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assist Team to provide a best in class customer experience, achieving monthly sales budgets and KPI targets
2. Order processing, including Telephone, Email, Fax Orders, including Reps Orders, Credits and Debits
3. Advise customers of current Uniphar Group product availability, and order delivery schedules
4. Use CRM tool to record, resolve and enhance the customer experience and review, monitor and provide improvements to all processes and systems.
5. Establish a working relationship with relevant vendors. Raise orders, monitor backorders and track shipments where required, continuously keeping customers informed on lead times
6. Highlight any delays in processes or orders to your Team Leader or Manager
7. Operate at all times in a proactive manner complying with Company set procedures and ensure documentation and reporting are managed within GDP guidelines.
8. Liaise with various other departments within Uniphar to resolve issues and achieve results
9. Work alongside the team to ensure creation and maintenance of appropriate pricing structure for all products
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
1. Previous experience within high volume customer service role is essential
2. Relevant professional qualifications (Pharmacy Technician) or understanding of commercial supply chains (how products move from Manufacturers to Pre-wholesalers, to Wholesalers and to customers) are advantageous
3. SAP experience and IT skills (Microsoft Office) are an advantage
4. Market and product knowledge is an advantage
5. Proactive, analytical and pragmatic approach to problem solving
6. Able to work in a fast-paced environment
7. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills and an excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
