The Services & Operations Director is a member of the board of Directors within Ayvens Ireland.Scope of responsibilitiesThe Services & Operations Director is responsible for RMT (Repair, Maintenance & Tyres), Driver and Customer Services, Procurement, Insurance & Accident Management, Supplier Management & KCAT (Key Commercial Accounts Team).ResponsibilitiesMaximise efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaborationAnalyse current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement where necessaryWork with senior management team to develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes to provide visibility into the goals, progress, and obstacles of key initiativesDraw on relationships with department heads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goalsDevise strategies for ensuring the growth of both local and global programs and implement process improvements to maximise output and minimise costsCollaborate with senior managers in the development of individuals performance goals and long-term operational plansAdhere to the company’s policies, procedures and reporting requirements and ensure regulatory obligations are being metExperience in vehicle, indirect and ancillary services procurement and supplier relationship managementManaging supplier negotiations, contracts and ensuring compliance with group processes and proceduresWorking independently to drive value in terms of income generation, cost savings and other efficiency savingsManagement of third-party suppliers and outsourced partnersSkills Requirement10+ years of professional experience in areas of automotive, fleet and or leasing or experience in a related field are required.
