Location: Armagh, Northern Ireland
Salary: £30,000 - £37,000 per annum
Working hours: Mon - Thurs 9.00am - 5.00pm (Friday 9.00am to 3.00pm)

An exciting opportunity for an Estimator to join a growing and dynamic contracting team.
The successful candidate will assist in managing tender enquiries and supporting client development.
This role offers the chance to work across various areas of the contracting department, including Estimating, Contracts, and Quality Management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Calculate project costs and create detailed estimates based on provided information.
* Interpret plans, specifications, and drawings to assess project requirements.
* Schedule and lead tender review meetings.
* Log opportunities and updates using an in-house system.
* Coordinate tender processes, including document review and supplier quote requests.
* Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely return of quotes.
* Liaise with external designers for floor slab designs on tender projects.
* Track and follow up on tender submissions.
* Manage document control, including QA documentation submissions.
* Log daily concrete testing results and share with clients.
* Handle general data entry and administrative duties.

Description:
A highly skilled Estimator is required to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in estimating and be able to accurately calculate project costs. They will also be able to interpret plans and specifications, as well as schedule and lead tender review meetings. Additionally, they will be responsible for logging opportunities and updates, coordinating tender processes, and following up with suppliers. The successful candidate will also be able to liaise with external designers, track and follow up on tender submissions, manage document control, log daily concrete testing results, and handle general data entry and administrative duties.
