We are looking for someone with a proven record of success, who is comfortable working in a large-scale, fast-paced food and beverage operation within Dublin City Centre. Summary of Key Activities
* Driving sales and maintaining a high level of standards throughout the kitchen including all aspects of food preparation
* Ensure that all food preparation is in accordance with regulatory guidelines
* Prepare our new 'made from scratch' menu to a high standard
* Ensure all HACCP procedures are followed to the highest of standards
* Monitor standards, cost control, stock rotation and general efficiency of the kitchen
* Foster a climate of cooperation and respect between co-workers
* Manage busy service periods and produce a high standard of food
