You will be joining an architectural firm in Dublin City that specialises in education, commercial and conservation projects.
They are well established in Dublin as a smaller sized firm with projects covering small and mid-scale construction processes.
The team consists of hands-on directors and architectural technologists and assistants.
As a Project Architect, you will take over a leading capacity through all stages of the construction process.
Your New Role
We are looking for a skilled Project Architect to display strong design knowledge, manage clients and contractors, and ensure projects comply with Irish Building Regulations.
The projects you will work on will have varying degrees of complexity, requiring you to find unique solutions.
You should demonstrate high levels of competency when preparing design and presentation drawings, planning applications, construction specs, and overseeing the construction phase of the project.
The Requirements
* You should be an experienced Registered Architect with at least 4 years of industry experience (post-registration) and have experience working on Irish projects.
* Experience in practice, consultancy, or another design-focused role in construction will be considered.
* You should have a working understanding of project methodology, the design process, and construction phases.
* You should have a good understanding of the planning process and building control legislation applicable to the project type.
Skill Set
You should be proficient in software including Revit, Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
You should be an excellent communicator, both internally and externally with consultants, contractors, and clients.
