Key Responsibilities
1. Troubleshoot trends in data efficiently and effectively.
2. Address client queries and external parties promptly.
3. Develop strong working relationships with international colleagues across multiple functions.
4. Drive process improvement by identifying and implementing changes to advance quality and efficiency.
5. Ensure root cause analysis is conducted and preventative measures are implemented to avoid future risks.
6. Collaborate with Manager on projects and technical issues outside of day-to-day activities.
7. Engage with production teams on challenges and suggested improvements to process and timing.
Qualifications/Skills
1. Relevant college degree in data analytics or similar field.
2. Work experience demonstrating knowledge level, team player skills, and flexibility, including retail environment experience.
3. Ability to work under tight deadlines and unexpected challenges.
4. Naturally rigorous and organized, with solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.
5. Enthusiastic and open to learn technical processes, with a collaborative approach to working and strong communication skills.
6. Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) are advantageous.
7. Self-directed and able to work independently, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
8. Anticipate issues and take appropriate action immediately.
9. Strong analytical thinker who makes considered decisions and involves the right people.
10. Strong communication skills to comprehend and articulate issues.

Standard Working Hours
Monday – Friday, falling between 8am and 5pm. Limited occasions may require flexibility with hours due to unexpected challenges.
