Key Responsibilities Support a diverse client portfolio, addressing queries and building strong relationships.
Assist in preparing financial statements and periodic management accounts.
Help prepare and file income and corporation tax returns, ensuring compliance with Irish tax and regulatory requirements, including CRO returns.
Collaborate with senior team members to provide tailored business and financial advisory services.
Work with software engineers to enhance automated bookkeeping, accounting, and tax systems.
Stay updated on Irish accounting and tax regulations, sharing insights with the team.
Provide support for payroll processing and client queries.
___________________________________________________________________________ Key Requirements Currently pursuing a professional accounting qualification (ACA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent).
Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role.
Basic understanding of Irish accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
Familiarity with accounting software and eagerness to learn new tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
Eagerness to grow in the firm.
Interest in software development or automation processes is a plus.
The successful candidate will gain experience in statutory accounts, taxation, bookkeeping, and payroll.
The role includes a contract with paid study leave and exam fees, following Chartered Accountants Ireland (CAI) guidelines, leading to the ACA qualification.
