Job Summary:
An Agile Coach is required to drive the adoption of agile practices within the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in launching and coaching self-organisation teams, as well as a deep understanding of agility metrics and value tracking across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
The successful candidate will provide expertise in Lean and Agile principles, serving as an Agile coach in technical or business elements. They will also facilitate team sessions, foster an environment of successful delivery and continuous improvement using Agile as a strategic asset for business value generation.

* Establish collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders
Experience and Skills Required:
* Squad coaching and mentoring experience
* Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM), Agile Coach (CSC), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Agilist
* Excellent relationship management skills
* Strong communication, facilitation, persuasion, influence, decision making, and conflict resolution skills
* Experience delivering and supporting IT projects in the financial/Banking domain
