Guest Relations Manager - 5* Hotel Kilkenny €40k
We are currently looking for an experienced Guest Relations Manager for our client in the Kilkenny area.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Greeting guest and acquainting them with the apartment’s amenities
2. Anticipating guest’s needs and solving their problems.
3. Researching dining and entertainment recommendations and making reservations
4. Providing directions and information about local points of interest
5. Ensuring rooms and common places meet with standards.
6. Managing staffing payroll and attendance
7. Coordinating Events for guests
8. Overseeing household staff
9. Organising the household schedules
10. Work with the team to promote a friendly, secure and professional work environment.
11. Running essential errands for guests
Candidate:
1. Previous Hotel experience is a must
2. Efficient multitasker, with strong organisational and leadership skills
3. Strong interpersonal, communication skills and active listener
4. Attention to detail, and ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
5. Ability to work well with others.
6. Impeccable attention to personal appearance
7. Flexible weekend and nighttime availability
