We are seeking a Service Manager to lead our campus and community-based day and residential supports, ensuring the highest standards of care are provided.
This is a permanent, full-time position based in either Limerick or North Tipp/Offaly. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing the service's strategic direction, upholding its culture and ethos, and delivering high-quality care.
We require someone with a recognized healthcare qualification, preferably in nursing or a core multi-disciplinary profession, as well as a qualification in a recognized management program. A full clean driving license and at least 5 years of relevant experience working in a comparable organization are also essential.
The successful candidate must demonstrate strong leadership and management qualities, including experience in leading teams, financial management, and a thorough understanding of HIQA Regulations and New Directions.
