Drogheda Homeless Aid are searching for an Assistant Manager to help manage and deliver the organisation's day-to-day services to a high standard.

Role Overview
As Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring DHA’s services run smoothly and efficiently. Working closely with the General Manager you will be responsible for daily operations and maintaining high standards of client care, safety, and compliance.

Key Qualifications
1. Experience in operational management, preferably in charity, social care, or housing.
2. Strong understanding of client care, especially for vulnerable groups.
3. Proven skills in leading and managing staff.
4. Good organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
5. Knowledge of health and safety, safeguarding, and risk management.
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with stakeholders.
7. Experience in homelessness or housing services.
8. Knowledge of charity sector regulations.
9. Experience working with volunteers and community groups.
10. Familiarity with property management systems.
