Customer Services Administrator – 10 Month Contract
Zurich Life Assurance plc is seeking a Customer Services Administrator to focus on understanding and responding to customer needs. A highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills is required.
The successful candidate will gain a thorough knowledge of the workings of a life office by working in a dynamic environment handling queries and requests related to products including Corporate and Individual Pensions, Investments & Protection Plans.
This role may be available part-time or full-time, as we recognize that sometimes the best people aren't available full-time. Please discuss flexibility needs during the interview.
Your Role
As a Customer Services Administrator, key responsibilities include:
1. Ensuring customers are at the forefront of our operations
2. Handling client/members, brokers/employers, and other stakeholders over the phone
3. Processing client/member requests through the new business stage/life cycle of their policies, adhering to product rules and company processes/procedures
4. Complaints handling
5. Collaborating with other business areas, such as Sales, Propositions, Compliance, to improve our operations
Your Skills and Experience
A Customer Services Administrator should possess:
1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in phone interactions
2. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment
3. Well-organized, results-driven, and capable of meeting tight deadlines
4. Good working knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel
5. A third-level qualification in a relevant field (TBC)
6. Willingness to undertake professional qualifications meeting Central Bank Minimum Competency Requirements
7. Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage
Additional Information
The primary work location is Blackrock, Dublin, with occasional travel possible to other Zurich locations.
