We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Café Manager to join our team in a thriving, family-run business.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and Inspire: Oversee front-of-house operations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for customers while motivating and developing the team.
* Cultivate a customer-focused culture, ensuring exceptional service, high-quality food presentation, and prompt problem resolution.
* Maintain a well-organised, clean, and efficient café environment, ensuring smooth daily operations.
* Efficiently manage the point-of-sale system, monitor transactions, and ensure cash-handling accuracy.
* Supervise stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure appealing and organised food displays.
* Enforce food safety and hygiene regulations, implement best practices, and promote a safe working environment for staff and customers.
Requirements
* Managerial or supervisory experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
* Strong leadership and team management skills with a passion for mentoring and developing staff.
* Excellent customer service and communication abilities, with confidence in engaging customers.
* Food Safety Training and awareness.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced setting.
