Key Responsibilities
* Handle guest enquiries relating to reservations and sales in a competent and efficient manner.
* Accurately describe all bedrooms, services, and facilities in the hotel and be familiar with room rates and service/facility rates.
* Respond to guests' enquiries in a warm and friendly manner, using courtesy and professionalism at all times.
* Familiarize yourself with travel agents and company co-ordinators who might place business with us.
* Sell bedrooms at the best rate possible and maximize opportunities for secondary sales (e.g., upgrades, dinner, activities).
Requirements
* Must have hotel reservations experience.
* Be a good planner and self-starter.
* Enthusiastic, revenue-driven, and detail-oriented.
* Have a good understanding of the reservations process.
* Maintain relationships with internal and external clients.
* Efficient and professional communication skills.
