Cpl HR recruitment are looking to support a dynamic semi state organisation in recruiting for a Rewards Manager as part of the Total Rewards team. Supporting with reward and compensation, you will focus on various projects while working in partnership with the rest of the business.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Build on, review and modify the Reward processes that are in line with the people strategy
* Provide advice and support on Reward matters
* Manage various projects, while working alongside third party suppliers
* Ensure the offerings are market competitive to attract and retain talent in the organisation
* Manage the annual reward cycle of activities
Skills and Experience Required:
* 6+ years in a rewards focused role in Ireland
* Knowledge at HR system integration will be an advantage
* Strong analytical skills and an excellent communicator
* Ability to work in a collaborative team
