Deputy Manager Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Manager to join our client's retail store in Cork City. Our client is one of Ireland's leading retailers of Irish Craft and Design.
About the Role
The Deputy Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the Store Manager in driving high performance and developing a service-oriented culture within the store.
The ideal Manager will be driven, energetic, genuine, and passionate, with the ability to lead a team and support the future direction of the store. You will be actively involved in motivating and developing a team of highly trained sales advisors to drive sales forward and achieve store targets.
You will play a key role in adapting and applying clear practices and procedures across the store, including logistics, administration, stock management, customer service, and cash management.
Key Responsibilities
* Delivering 5 Star excellence in the Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer interactions and experiences in the store.
* Leading, Motivating, and Empowering your Team: Develop and motivate a team of sales advisors to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
* Driving Sales and KPIs in the store: Analyze sales data and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve KPIs.
* Driving Operational Standards throughout the Departments: Implement and maintain operational standards in all departments to ensure efficient and effective operations.
* Staff Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
