To support our ongoing growth, we are looking to recruit an Administrative Coordinator. This role will involve providing reception coverage, assisting with financial tasks such as invoicing, and offering general office support.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
* Assist with order/restock of office and kitchen supplies as needed.
* Manage reception including visitors – including logging in of visitors and various deliveries.
* Manage meeting rooms for staff and events.
* Support event coordination, communications, and database management.
* Help to organise office and office events i.e., Travel and Hotel accommodation.
* Can act on own initiative, referring complicated situations to the Manager.

* Positive, can-do attitude, displaying a high level of enthusiasm, flexibility, commitment & motivation.
* Strong team-working and communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and organisation.
* Ability to operate in a fast-moving environment and respond accordingly.
Required Experience
* Demonstrable IT capability with proficiency in MS Office including Excel.
* Knowledge of financial packages would be advantageous.
Experience
* A minimum of 3 years previous experience in office administration.
* Demonstrable IT capability with proficiency in MS Office including Excel.
