Hayfield Manor Hotel, a part of The Hayfield Family Collection, is seeking a Front Office Manager to join our front of house team.
To assume responsibility for the overall co-ordination of Front Office operations, ensuring operating standards are achieved. We are seeking a very strong, customer-oriented manager who has excellent attention to detail, along with exceptional customer service skills.
The successful individual will ideally have the following:
* Previous Front Office Managerial experience within a five-star property.
* Knowledge of Reservation Management System - Opera or Opera Cloud preferred but not mandatory.
* Possess the ability to operate in an organised and methodical fashion, with excellent attention to detail.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer service background.
* A natural leader with good business acumen to maximise revenue and sales through the front office service.
Responsibilities of the role will include:
* Reporting directly to the Deputy General Manager and working closely with the Guest Relations Manager and Head Concierge to oversee the effective operations of the Front Office department, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional customer service.
* Carrying out all Reception duties, working as part of the Front Office Team.
* Dealing with any customer queries in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction always.
* Ensuring Team Members have current knowledge of the hotel products, services, pricing and policies, as well as knowledge of the local area, and are continuously trained to upsell.
* Maintaining an effective Front Office team through the provision of strong leadership and direction.

Pay: €35,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
