We are excited to work with a reputable, locally established manufacturing company looking to expand its team by hiring two 1st/2nd Line Support Engineers.
Job Overview
This role will be pivotal in an ambitious modernisation project focused on cloud migration and leveraging data to enhance overall business efficiency.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Install and configure hardware and software across the site.
* Respond promptly and efficiently to IT issues as they arise.
* Provide hands-on support and maintenance for Microsoft-based technologies.
* Develop and deliver technical documentation to support new staff training.
* Assist new employees with workstation setup and onboarding training.
* Maintain and support Active Directory.
* Offer in-person and remote support to end users, ensuring a high standard of service.
Requirements
* A minimum of 2 years' experience as a 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer.
* Experience supporting both wired and wireless networks.
* Industry experience working with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, and Active Directory.
