Position: Bookkeeper and Payroll Specialist

Job Description:
As a Bookkeeper and Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for:
1. Processing payroll for employees in a timely and accurate manner
2. Maintaining payroll records in conjunction with HR
3. Preparing accounts payable reports
4. Reconciling bank statements and preparing financial reports
5. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
6. Maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers
7. Carrying out accounting tasks as needed
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
2. Solid understanding of accounting principles and payroll processes
3. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
5. Ability to work as part of a team
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The position is part-time, Monday to Friday, 20 hours a week. There is some flexibility in the daily structure.
