Quantity Surveyor
This role will entail quantity surveying on multi-million-euro projects entailing tasks such as valuations, claims, cost management, subcontractor management, procurement, and pricing works. Estimating new tenders will form a vital task within the role.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Must Hold a BSc Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
2. Minimum 3-5 years of recent practical experience in a project QS/Estimating role in IRL or UK
3. Must have excellent knowledge in MS Office skills
4. Must have the ability to multi-task
5. Good Organisational skills
6. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
7. Preferable to have a proven ability to prepare and price civil tenders
8. Preferable but not essential to be a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors
