Job Responsibilities
* Become knowledgeable about client's products and community standards.
* Make well-balanced decisions and serve as an effective advocate for our community.
* Display a strong bias towards doing what's right.
* Investigate and resolve issues reported on the client's platform.
* Support and report potentially abusive content.
* Use market-specific knowledge to spot scalable solutions for improving community support.
* Enforce client Terms of Use by monitoring reports of abuse.
* Recognise trends and patterns, escalating issues outside company policy to the global team.
Requirements
* Fluent English and native language skills in Norwegian, Finnish, Dutch, German, Kurdish, or Danish.
* Cultural understanding of the market.
* Experience working in an office environment (preferable).
* Passion for ensuring a positive, safe user experience.
* Flexible in working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.

Additional Information
* Salary: €27,000 per year (monthly pay).
* Contract Type: Permanent.
* Working hours: Day shift (9am – 5:30pm) or Evening shift (6pm – 2am), Monday to Friday, occasional weekends and bank holidays.
