Corporate Associate
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Associate to join a dynamic and growing corporate team in Dublin.
This role offers the chance to advise a diverse client base on a wide range of transactional and advisory matters, particularly within innovative and disruptive industries. The successful candidate will provide specialist legal support throughout entire transaction cycles, with a focus on organisations involved in or being transformed by technology and the digital world. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to an international firm culture, collaborate with over 300 corporate lawyers worldwide, and play an instrumental role in shaping the growth and development of both the corporate team and the wider office.
What you'll do:
1. Provide specialist legal support on transactional and advisory matters
2. Contribute to strategic planning, deal implementation, and post-merger integration
3. Develop both domestic and international client relationships
4. Collaborate with colleagues across a global network of offices
5. Work on business development activities in a direct and meaningful way
6. Lead on knowledge management initiatives within the group
What you bring:
1. Be admitted as a Solicitor in Ireland, England or Wales
2. Experience in mergers and acquisitions
3. Knowledge of share/asset purchase agreements
4. Understanding of equity fundraising
5. Familiarity with joint venture/shareholder arrangements
6. Experience in group reorganisations
7. Proficiency in due diligence and disclosure processes
