Experienced Human Resource Generalist Job
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resource Generalist to join our client's team in Killarney, County Kerry. Reporting to the HR Director, you will provide general HR assistance on human resourcing and people management operations.
The successful candidate will have:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position within the hospitality sector.
* An HR qualification or degree in Human Resource Management is preferred.
* In-depth knowledge of employment legislation.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Assisting the HR Director with general administration and human resources operations.
* Contributing to HR strategy, culture, leadership, talent management, rewards, and change management.
* Liaising with department managers and managing labour planning and recruitment processes.
* Managing compliance and policy management.
You will be a strong communicator with excellent time management and organisational skills. Proficiency in Office Suite and CRM's is essential for this role.
We offer a competitive salary of €35,000 – €40,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications, as well as free parking and meals on duty. Additional benefits may be discussed at interview stage.
