Join us today as a Business Development Representative in one of our global Digital Centers of Excellence (Dublin, Singapore & Cary). As a Business Development Representative, you will focus on developing quality pipelines and supporting the field sales organization to drive new revenue for BMC.
Here is how, through this exciting role, you will contribute to BMC's and your own success:
1. You will collaborate with the Field Sales Team to build a territory plan, reaching out to new and existing customers to identify new revenue opportunities for BMC. You’ll perform a vital role within our sales team developing inbound and outbound leads into qualified opportunities for our field sales team.
2. Through your persistent and innovative mindset, you will identify target accounts and engage key decision makers with compelling outreach.
3. You will ensure enablement and training are part of your daily operating rhythm. We have world-class enablement teams, and we want you to take advantage of all the investment we are allocating to YOU.

To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:
1. You will be required to manage the Benelux markets, so fluency in English is required and ideally Dutch or French; both would be a plus.
