About the Role
* Building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, including negotiating rates and ensuring repeat business.
* Identifying new business opportunities within the corporate sector to increase room bookings, meeting space usage, and additional hotel services.
* Managing requests for proposals (RFPs) from corporate clients, ensuring competitive pricing and meeting their requirements.
* Hosting property tours for prospective corporate clients and presenting tailored service offerings to secure contracts.
* Creating and implementing sales strategies to target corporate accounts, ensuring alignment with overall hotel goals.
* Leveraging the hotel cluster to offer multiple locations for corporate events, conferences, or accommodations, providing clients with flexible options.
* Working with clients to negotiate corporate contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms while maximizing profitability.
* Working closely with the marketing, revenue management, and operations teams to ensure that corporate sales strategies are effectively executed across properties.
* Monitoring sales performance, analysing market trends, and preparing sales reports to track progress against targets and adjust strategies as needed.

1. A minimum of 1-2 years of proactive hotel sales experience.
