Job Title: Team Leader
We are seeking a motivated Team Leader to join our Home Energy Operations Team in our Customer Contact Centre.
The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering a positive customer experience and be able to manage all aspects of team performance, mentoring, and coaching to ensure the team achieves department objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of team performance, mentoring, and coaching
* Lead the team in safety family values, improving and maintaining workflows and processes
* Represent the team/department in various projects impacting operations and work towards achieving the best results for both the business and customer experience
Requirements:
* Demonstrable supervisory experience in administrative/operations support
* Strong, proven leadership, diagnostic, problem-solving, and organisational skills
* Effective communication at all levels, within and beyond your own teams, and with customers
