Who should apply?
This role will suit an experienced systems administrator with strong technical and financial process understanding:
* 7+ years’ experience in ERP systems and finance tools administration (NetSuite, OpenAir, JIRA, Coupa)
* Solid background in finance/accounting processes and how technology supports them
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Role and Reporting Lines
This role reports to the Finance Technology Lead and will be a key member of the finance technology function:
* System Ownership – Primary administrator for NetSuite, OpenAir, JIRA, and Coupa with responsibility for system performance and support
* Tool Rationalisation – Lead the review and streamlining of finance-related systems across the organisation
* Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with analytics and digital transformation teams on continuous improvement initiatives
* System Development – Drive implementation of new solutions aligned with evolving business needs
* Training & Support – Deliver system support and training to finance users to optimise usage
* Documentation – Maintain detailed documentation of system processes and configurations
* Monitoring & Analysis – Assess system performance and user feedback for ongoing improvements
* Innovation – Keep abreast of industry best practices and propose relevant enhancements
