Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator
Contract Type: 10 Month Maternity Leave Contract
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Recruitment Coordinator to support our client's recruitment processes in Dublin city centre.
Responsibilities:
* Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and locations, ensuring seamless communication with interviewers and candidates.
* Maintain a positive candidate experience by greeting candidates during onsite interviews and coordinating travel arrangements.
* Manage data on applicant tracking systems, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
* Develop strong stakeholder relationships with hiring managers and candidates, providing exceptional service throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of Recruiting Coordination experience.
* Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
* Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.
* Familiarity with scheduling in multiple time zones and regions.
* Ability to manage relationships with all levels of hiring managers and candidates.
* Experience with Microsoft Office software and HR coordination scheduling systems.
About the Role:
This is a hybrid working opportunity, with 3 days onsite and 2 days work from home. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating complex recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to analyze scheduling reports and identify trends. They will also have experience with Microsoft Office software and HR coordination scheduling systems, as well as a familiarity with scheduling in multiple time zones and regions.
