Job Description
You will support the business in areas such as policies and procedures, offering best employee relations advice, and supporting end-of-year processes while being involved in the organisation's social programme. This role reports into the HR Director.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work collaboratively with various HR teams.
* Support global initiatives.
* Manage the administration and input of various IT systems.
* Drive performance to support a high-performing organisation.
Requirements:
* Degree in HR or CIPD qualification.
* Progressive HR experience with Irish exposure.
* Previous HRBP experience is desirable.
* Technical ability (TA knowledge).
* Strong stakeholder management skills are essential.
