Deputy General Manager
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Deputy General Manager to join our hotel team in Tralee, County Kerry. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our hotel on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
* Manage hotel operations effectively, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and high-quality service standards.
* Oversee and work closely with departmental managers to achieve business objectives and maintain excellent working relationships.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve hotel performance, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
* Maintain a strong focus on leadership, communication, organisation, and time management skills to drive success in a fast-paced environment.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
Requirements
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a busy 4 or 5-star hotel.
* Hospitality qualification an advantage.
* Excellent communication, leadership, organisational, and time management skills.
* Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel CRMS systems.
