Senior Consultant, Custody Client Services
Job Summary: The Senior Consultant, Custody Client Services is responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships internally & externally. This role entails working as an individual within a team environment with responsibility of owning the service delivery to significant client or clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for service and delivery to one or multiple clients.
2. Ownership of Custody Relationship for assigned clients.
3. Point of consultation for clients. Initiates frequent, proactive communication.
4. Leads / Conducts Service reviews.
5. Develop and maintain effective relationships with critical business partners, internal clients & relevant third parties, e.g. trustees, external advisors, consultants, etc.
6. Track service & delivery results against project plans and SLD (Service Level Delivery)
7. Monitor service delivery through client reviews, internal / external surveys, specific client feedback, consultant feedback etc.
8. Provide appropriate escalation of service & delivery and other relevant issues / opportunities to Relationship Managers / Client Service Managers / Internal Stakeholders.
9. Assist team at all opportunities with the goal of delivering proactive, unparalleled service to clients.
10. Promote the highest standards of integrity, accountability & client service across GFS EMEA and the global GFS business.

Requirements:
The successful candidate will benefit from having:
1. Several years' experience within Fund Services (preferably Custody)
2. Comprehensive knowledge of the securities industry, its products and instruments.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills including ability to persuade and influence change / best practice.
4. Ability to communicate with partners and clients at all levels.

6. Strong team player with a positive 'can do' attitude
7. Ability to learn and share client strategy, products, and industry initiatives.
8. Operates independently & has in-depth knowledge of the business.
