We are seeking a proactive and hands-on HR Advisor who will provide comprehensive HR support, including employee relations, talent development and performance management. The HR Advisor will play a key role in delivering an exceptional employee experience, driving HR strategy, whilst supporting strategic objectives and fostering a positive workplace culture in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide timely, accurate and compliant day-to-day HR guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices for Ireland.
* Support the employee lifecycle, including employee changes, performance reviews, and offboarding.
* Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
* Guide managers through HR processes such as probation reviews, performance appraisals, and employee engagement initiatives.
* Assist in the implementation of HR policies and maintain compliance with employment law and company standards.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
* Support change management initiatives, including restructuring, redundancies, and organisational development projects.
Who You Are:
If you're an experienced HR Advisor with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent interpersonal skills, with a customer focused approach, then we want to hear from you!
For This Role, You Will Need:
* Current experience in a HR Advisory role, with up-to-date knowledge of Ireland employment law and HR best practices.
* Level 5 CIPD qualification or above.
* Excellent advisory and interpersonal skills, able to influence and guide stakeholders at all levels and build trust and credibility.
* Exceptional attention to detail & accuracy, with strong organisational skills, and a proactive mindset.
* Confident working both independently and collaboratively in a team.
