Project Manager Job Description
This role is part of PM Group's Outsourced Technical Services (OTS) department.
About the Role
We are seeking a project manager with experience in delivering wastewater treatment facilities within the pharmaceutical industry.
The successful candidate will work as part of our client's project delivery team and be based in Co. Wicklow.
Responsibilities
* Work as a seconded PM Group resource in a client-led team.
* Collaborate with existing client engineers, managers, and directors.
* Lead a multidisciplinary project team through all stages of projects from design to construction and handover.
* Provide specialist knowledge on various aspects of design and construction.
* Manage vendors/contractors from tender through to construction.
* Present business cases, seek board approval, and secure funding.
* Attend and oversee testing on site and off site.
* Risk and change management.
* Engage potential suppliers/contractors and provide in-depth tender analysis on bid returns.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience within a highly regulated type environment.
* Experience managing medium-sized projects on a brownfield pharmaceutical type environment.
* Strong stakeholder and vendor contractor management.
* Strong communication skills.
