Responsibilities Maintain high standards of administration for weddings and events, including response times and follow-up procedures Utilise HotSoft / Maposa input/booking procedures and coordinate corporate events (as needed) and Weddings Work closely with brides and grooms to plan their wedding arrangements, including site inspections and proposals Perform daily office administration duties and convert enquires into bookings.
Co-ordinate attendance at all National Wedding showcases, from show set up to on the day representation and sales Maintain and populate Social Media platforms to promote Mount Wolseley Weddings weekly Work with the Operations Team to ensure high standards are maintained for all on site wedding showcases and weddings alike.
