Cybersecurity Role
We're seeking a SecOps Engineer to bring fresh perspectives and bold solutions to our team. You'll be instrumental in shaping how our organization provides secure, appropriate, and timely access to consumer and partner resources.
Your Responsibilities
* You will implement, support, and secure authentication services for Consumer and Partner identities.
* You will understand the threat landscape and translate general threats into relevant business and technical impacts.
* You will communicate effectively and collaborate with the team to support identity capabilities and solutions.
* You will focus on implementing and supporting technical solutions and capabilities in Identity that improve security while enhancing user experience.
* You will keep abreast of the latest developments in IAM technologies, security threats, and regulatory changes.
* You will collaborate with enterprise IT, Cyber team members, and stakeholders to understand business needs and issues to incorporate feedback into IAM technologies and solutions.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* 3+ years of demonstrated technical experience supporting Identity and Access Management technologies and capabilities.
* 3+ years of experience supporting Okta / Auth0 or other Customer and Partner identity solutions like ForgeRock, Azure B2C, Akamai Identity Cloud, PingOne.
Preferences
* Technical experience across identity and access management technologies such as Azure AD/Entra ID and/or Active Directory.
* Understanding of authentication and authorization technologies and federated identity standards and protocols.
* Experience in implementing and supporting enterprise-class security systems and services.
* Strong communication, documentation, and customer service skills.
* Ability to understand and follow documented processes.
* Ability to work with a distributed and virtual team.
