This organisation is a leading online organisation with a platform that helps manage different aspects of events such as music gigs and fundraisers. The ticketing, fundraising and registration platform is used by over 2500 events annually. They also have developed a membership system that is used by over 1000 clubs serving over 200,000 members.
Your new role
1. Manage a dedicated client base to support and drive our product to meet this customers’ requirements
2. Work in a challenging environment where you will have to manage several clients at one time
3. An excellent ability to serve customers to the highest standards and prioritise tasks is essential
4. Endeavouring to help customers achieve their sales targets by using given tools on the platform
5. Support required will include event setup support to product development feedback
What you'll need to succeed
6. Level 8 qualification in business, finance or marketing with 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
7. Previous experience working in a customer focused role
8. Willingness to learn and educate clients on the technicial aspects of the product
9. Proven track record of managing relationships with customers and maintaining these at a high standard
10. Results driven and focused on team collaboration
