The RoleAs a senior lawyer within the eDiscovery and Investigation team, you will act as the primary contact for specialist teams and clients across multiple mandates.
This role requires seamless collaboration with cross-functional groups, including case teams, technology specialists, and legal reviewers at various levels.
Implementing strategic eDiscovery plans and workflows tailored to specific cases and client needs will be a key responsibility.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Leadership skills will be crucial in managing, guiding, and supporting junior legal professionals while contributing to the continued growth and success of the team.
The role demands a commitment to delivering high-quality output and an exceptional client experience in a fast-paced environment.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:6+ PQE in a top or medium-tier law firm (or equivalent), with a passion for legal innovation.Extensive knowledge of litigation lifecycle, legal privilege, commercial sensitivity, and data protection laws.Familiarity with the EDRM and best practice discovery standards (beneficial but not required).Previous experience managing large-scale eDiscovery processes and working with platforms such as 'Relativity.'Excellent presentation and client-facing communication skills.Proven ability to manage teams, oversee task assignments, and report to key stakeholders.Strong leadership qualities, initiative, and ownership of end-to-end delivery.Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding verbal and written communication skills.A collaborative mindset, inspiring confidence in a team environment with a flexible and positive attitude.This role may also suit a litigation lawyer returning to the workforce after a career break.For more information, call Cormac Spencer on 018454651
